As an Administrator Asset Information, youll play a vital role in supporting our Asset Information and Property Condition Surveying teams. From keeping data accurate to coordinating meetings, youll be at the centre of ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities - Monitor and respond to technical queries from stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
- Update systems, spreadsheets, and documents, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or technical issues.
- Handle invoices, raise purchase orders, and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
- Organise internal and external meetings, prepare reports, and take minutes when required.

This role is being offered on a
full time,
permanent basis and can be based in our
Exeter or

About The CandidateTo be successful in your application, you should meet the skills and experience required for a level one role (please see our candidate information pack) and demonstrate the following role specific requirements:
- Highly driven and able to work independently.
- Ability to collect, review, and maintain accurate information.
- Experience or qualification in role-related subject.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Experience of improving customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Experience in social housing, housing policy, or related fields. (D)
- Familiarity with housing, construction, or environmental processes. (D)
- Understanding of asset types within LiveWests portfolio. (D)
- Experience using purchase order and invoicing systems. (D)
- Full, valid driving licence. (D)
